Fees payments

Attendance fee (all taxes included):

You will be asked to pay after registration according to the chosen form of participation.

The attendance fee for one person on site includes: personal participation at the
conference, conference materials, complete refreshments during the conference,
participation in the evening banquet on January 24, 2022, publication of accepted papers in
peer-reviewed conference proceedings, delivery of conference proceedings & dissemination
of their electronic version.

The attendance fee for one person online includes: Zoom-intervention at the conference,
publication of accepted papers in peer-reviewed conference proceedings, delivery of
conference proceedings & dissemination of their electronic version.
Accommodation, transportation and any other costs are excluded from the conference
fee. Bank fees must be paid by the customer for both payer and payee so that the
conference organizer receives the full conference fee amount. The conference fee is non-
refundable. Substitute participation is possible. Conference organizers will be happy to
recommend suitable accommodation facilities nearby the conference venue.

All the conference participants will receive confirmation of the conference fee payment on
the conference’s commencement day during registration.
